Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return.
We accept returns for ANY reason within these 30 days for a full refund. Just send us an email and we'll help sort it out!
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@strappy.co.nz. Our customer service team will get this process started for you.
We’ll send you a return shipping label so you can send your item back free of charge.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your returned item, and will reach out again to confirm that the refund has been processed. Refunds can only be processed back to the original method of purchase. It should take no longer than 3-5 business days for funds to appear.
